Dr. Fasching is a licensed neuropsychologist with specialized training across the lifespan, currently providing virtual neuropsychological evaluations for adults (ages 18+). She conducts comprehensive assessments for individuals presenting with concerns related to neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma-related disorders, and neurological disease. Her approach is both thorough and compassionate, with a focus on helping patients and their families gain a clear understanding of diagnostic findings while offering practical, individualized, and actionable recommendations.

Since 2021, Dr. Fasching has worked extensively with the veteran population, completing Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations and providing Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). Her work emphasizes objectivity, clarity, and high-quality reporting in support of medical and disability-related determinations.

She currently offers services in 43+ states across the United States, increasing access to specialized  care through a streamlined virtual model. She offers in person services in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Fasching is a dedicated mother and wife, an avid runner, and an active member of her faith community.
