Steps to the Appointment Process
- Schedule the appointment with Dr. Fasching by emailing info@northneuropsychology.com or submitting your information in “contact now”
- Complete the intake paperwork of which will be sent to you via email once the appointment has been made
- Upload records into your Client Portal for Dr. Fasching to review
- Login to your appointment and meet with Dr. Fasching to complete evaluation
- Meet with Dr. Fasching 1-2 weeks after the evaluation to review the results
